I’m a Counselling Psychologist, who is an expert in treating eating disorders and owner of a private practice in London, England. I have devoted my NHS career to learning about and treating eating disorders and adult mental health issues.
For over a decade, I have been using this knowledge to help people through difficult times in their lives in the NHS and in my thriving private practice. Currently in my private practice I have the privilege of working with a diverse group of clients from all backgrounds, each at different stages of their recovery and growth. Regardless of who I work with, whether they are a celebrity or teen with disordered eating, my approach is always tailored to the individual needs of the person.
It is my mission to help as many people as I can in their recovery from an eating disorder and in their journey to better mental health. My practice and knowledge is supported by extensive experience of working not only in the NHS but also private healthcare in the Priory and voluntary sector. I have worked with a wide range of mental health issues including depression, anxiety, burnout, stress, panic and other conditions.
I have been asked to write features and speak in the press on eating disorders and I have recently appeared on the BBC as an expert in treating eating disorders in Freddie Flintoff’s ‘Living with Bulimia’ documentary.
